By accessing or using our website and placing orders for wristwatches and gadgets (“Products”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images and pricing, but errors may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission—including price or availability—even after you place an order.

5. Placing & Accepting Orders

• Receipt of your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).
• If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you in full promptly.

6. Payment

• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses in India only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the package to our courier partner.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our 14-day Return & Refund Policy applies. To cancel before shipment, email hello@mykotwal.com with your order number. Once shipped, follow the return procedure.

You agree not to:
