Shipping Policy

How does the delivery process work?

  1. Once your order is placed, we perform a thorough quality check on each watch and gadget to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
  2. Approved items are carefully packed in eco-friendly, 100% recycled cardboard boxes with paper-based fillers (where feasible) to minimize plastic use.
  3. Packed orders are handed over to our trusted courier partners for last-mile delivery.
  4. If the courier is unable to deliver at your address or chosen time, they will contact you to reschedule.

Packaging & Sustainability

We’re committed to sustainable packaging! All outer boxes are made from 100% recycled paper, and we continually seek new ways to reduce plastic—using paper-fillers instead of bubble wrap whenever possible.

Where do we ship?

We ship to addresses across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed (within 24–48 hours), you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS. You can track its status any time via My Orders > Track on mykotwal.com, or opt in for WhatsApp updates.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders ship within 1–6 business days (excludes Sundays & public holidays).
  • Some limited-edition or out-of-stock models may take longer, as they are sourced directly from our brands.
  • During flash sales or festive events, dispatch may be delayed; we aim to ship all orders within 5 days.

Multiple-Shipment Orders

If your order contains multiple items from different warehouses, you may receive them in separate shipments. Shipping (or COD, if applicable) charges apply only once, on the first parcel.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹499 for new customers.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹299 for existing customers.
  • For orders below these thresholds, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders between ₹249 and ₹50,000.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.
